If you are looking to attend 2 or more classes each week the unlimited membership will be the best option for you. Not only will you get a guaranteed place on the classes available to you, you have semi private access to our Open Gym to use outside of the group classes to do your own workouts/programme etc.
If you are looking to train 1 - 2 times per week this option will be the most cost effective for you. Credits to be used within 6 weeks with no rollover or refunds of unused credits. 1 credit used per class. Can be used for Open gym sessions also.
If you are looking for the flexibility to train as and when you feel, our pay and go option will be suitable for you. Payments accepted in cash/card at the class or via a payment link sent out to you by text. All classes MUST be prebooked pending availability of places. We do not accept walk in's on the day of the class, please get in touch with us if you want to attend
Here at Wolfpack we do not offer ad-hoc/one off PT sessions, we work with our clients on a longer term basis with a progressive programme bespoke to our clients goals. We offer 1 session per week at £120 per month, 2 sessions per week at £220 per month or bespoke packages and block bookings (minimum of 10). We also accommodate small group PT of a maximum of 3 people allowing you and your group to split the cost. Please get in touch with your requirements
The Wolfpack Strength Programme is an 8 week training cycle in a semi-private group of 6 to ensure you receive the level of support and attention you need when undertaking a strength training programme. You will learn how to lift weights safely and effectively with a progressive overload cycle written by the coaches at Wolfpack. We have brand new gym goers up to competitive Powerlifters & Strongmen, no previous experience needed at all to join.
Our Strong Start Programme is structured in the same way as the main Strength Programme, however it consists of 2 strength sessions per week, plus an optional circuit class of your choice. We have several runners, climbers and swimmers who are on this programme to compliment their existing training. All programmes are individual and tailored to help meet your goals.
If you cant train with us in person, you can train under our careful programming and guidance. With over 15 years experience in programme writing and delivery, Wolfpack will devise you a plan based on your personal goals.
