HIIT:
High intensity interval training using body-weight exercises and light resistance. Maximum effort, minimum rest for a quick and effective way to burn calories and work out in a shorter period of time whilst improving your cardiovascular fitness. Under 16s can join parents for free in this session if they are on unlimited membership.
Conditioning Circuit:
This class is designed to to challenge the energy systems by using a mixture of body-weight, core and resistance exercises. We use kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, slam balls, sandbags, batte ropes and sleds to give you an effective full body workout. You will get sweaty!
Strength Circuit:
This session comprises of resistance only exercises. Think tyre flips, farmers walks, sled pushes and lots of loading/carrying exercises. This class will challenge you both mentally and physically and will leave you will a great sense of accomplishment at the end of the class. If you want to really push yourself and improve your overall strength endurance, this is the class for you.
Non-Member Drop in:
If you are looking to occasionally drop in to use our Powerlifting or Strongman kit, we now have dedicated times on a wed/fri/sat where we allow non members to use the facility. We have powerlifting bars, calibrated plates, 3 power racks and a combo rack along with a log, sandbags, axle, yoke, farmers handles and plenty of other kit suitable for accessories and conditioning.
Wolfpack Strength Programme/Strong Start:
This is an 8 week programme which is not just 'lifting weights'. With our careful planning and structure both of these programmes will get you stronger with the added bonus of improving your overall fitness and body composition. You are required to commit to training 2 or 3 times per week (depending on the programme) please get in touch with us directly for more info.
